A credit card guarantee will be required upon arrival. A preauthorization will be made for the total amount of the stay as well as a flat amount of $200 per night, and this amount will be temporarily blocked during your stay. The preauthorization will be canceled, and the amount will be returned within 7 days after your departure.

If you plan to arrive early and would like to have immediate access to your room, we recommend that you book it for the night before. If you choose not to, we will be pleased to store your bags for you so that you can enjoy your day.

Valet parking is available between 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM for $40 plus taxes per day, with in and out privileges. You can also use the Place D’Youville public parking lot for $20* plus taxes for a 24-hour period. If you wish to use the Le Capitole Hôtel baggage service, simply park in the area indicated, directly in front of the hotel, before proceeding to the public parking lot.
