Registration

Your room will be ready as of 4:00 pm the day of your arrival. However, if you expect to arrive earlier, Le Capitole Hôtel will gladly store your baggage so that you can make the most of your day.

Preauthorization

A credit card guarantee will be required upon arrival. A preauthorization will be made for the total amount of the stay as well as a flat amount of $200 per night, and this amount will be temporarily blocked during your stay. The preauthorization will be canceled, and the amount will be returned within 7 days after your departure.

Parking and baggage

Valet parking is available for $40 plus taxes per day, with in and out privileges. You can also use the Place D’Youville public parking lot for $18* plus taxes for a 24-hour period. If you wish to use the Le Capitole Hôtel baggage service, simply park in the area indicated, directly in front of the hotel, before proceeding to the public parking lot.

Dogs

Only dogs up to 70 pounds (30 kg) are allowed ($). Find our politics here.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel any time with a full refund 24 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival, the cost of your first night’s stay will be charged.
