Le Capitole is looking for a Valet to complete its service team. Contribute to the hotel’s success by offering unmatched customer service as well as courteous room service when requested.
Primary duties
Reporting to the hotel director, the valet must:
- Welcome guests.
- Provide quick, courteous and kind service to all guests.
- Follow up, in a timely fashion, all deliveries made to the rooms and all problems expressed by guests.
- Park guests’ cars and retrieve upon request.
- Accompany guests to their room and explain the hotel’s services.
- Any other related tasks.
Requirements :
- Languages: French and English
- Know how to drive a standard car
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- People skills
- Professional appearance
- Honesty
- Versatility
- Diplomatic
- Excellent customer service
